During the subscription-spawning window (when they've started the process of creating everyone's order but haven't finished yet), the display sometimes goes wonky and tries to "skip" the current product. That's most likely what happened here. The CRB will probably be available to start a sub with again after the sub run, but Customer Service can almost assuredly fix yours manually.
