I've been trying to purchase the PDF form of Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition for over 24 hours now, and every time I get to the end there is no sign that it has worked or that there is any further to go. This is my first purchase on this website (I signed on to get the free "We Be Goblins" PDF, but that didn't need money) and I may be missing something, but this has become incredibly frustrating and I would like some help, advice, or just pointers if I've done something wrong please.

Hello FearTheWalrus,

Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file. You will likely see some authorizations on your card as when they are pinged most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
