Skull and Shackles Missing Cards

I purchased a new, sealed base set of Pathfinder Adventure Card Game: Skull and Shackles a little over a week ago. After unboxing everything, reading the rule book, and comparing cards to the card list, I find that I am missing a few cards in the set. I contacted customer service via email about these missing cards on 7/11 and have not received any communication back from customer service. Therefore, I'm trying the message board.

I am missing the 7 Character Feat Cards, the 7 Character Role Cards, and the 1 Fleet Card from the base deck. Everything else is accounted for in the box.
