Credit card charged but order did not go through

Hey folks,

I just bought the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition AP PDF but I don't see it in my downloads. The last time I bought the core rulebook I saw it in My Downloads almost instantly. Could you please take a look into what's going on?

Hello Calyn,

Your card was declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file for it. You may see an authorization on your account, but because we cannot finalize that it will expire and your bank will release it.
