I'm running a campaign and the group will encounter a few Spawn of Kyuss. A couple characters are immune to disease. Will the worms affect them at all? I know they wouldn't be turned into a zombie, but can the worms still go to the brain and cause Int damage? Or are they completely immune to the worms?
