Hi there,
I've had this order waiting since Dec 27th, 2016 which I believe would be due to one of the items purchased being a backorder product. At this point I am more concerned about receiving the rest of the items in the order more quickly than I am of that particular item.
Would it be possible to make arrangements for the shipping of the item to be separated from the rest of the order to allow what is available to ship?

Thanks for your inquiry.
It looks like we are still waiting on the backordered item (Chainmail Dice Bag—Anodized Aluminum: Red/Black) plus it appears that we are having a more difficult time than expected getting the Combat Mat: Large (36"x48") in from a supplier.
The dice bag is already set to ship alone. I have moved the Combat Pad to its own order and you should get an updated order confirmation email for that.
The other items are ready to ship now, so I'll make sure that they get on their way to you as soon as possible.
