So I have a question concerning creating a Kineticist with Elemental Whispers, which grants a familiar-like elemental that speaks to you.
My questions are:
- Can your elemental take familiar archetypes? I was specifically looking at the Emissary.
- If it is possible to take the emissary familiar archetype, can your familiar use Domain Influence to deliver touch domain powers such as Binding Ties from the Family domain?

Yes, though your familiar never gains speak with animals of its kind and is thusly limited in what archetypes it can take. (Fortunately, Emissary is one of the few ones that doesn't replace it.)

Yes, but in the case of the regular Elemental Whispers, you need to concentrate on giving it a body in order for it to take actions such as touch abilities. In the case of the familiar gained from Greater Elemental Whispers, however, you don't need to concentrate for it to have a body, and therefore it is somewhat more flexible in when it can use its touch domain power.
