My order 4104570 which includes only 1 AP module was charged $15.39 for shipping. Could this please be reviewed and adjusted as the shipping is almost as high as the cost of the module?

Your order went out via UPS instead of standard post. I have issued a refund of $9.00 to your original payment method. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
