Starfinder preorders still in sidecart after subscription

I've subscribed to the Starfinder RPG and AP lines, but my previous preorders are still listed as sidecart items. Is this normal? I want to be sure that I can pick them up at Gen Con.

Hello Ryric,

I see subscription copies in your sidecart. The preorder copies were canceled and the starting subscription volumes are in your sidecart. So everything looks good on your account.
