Aside from instances of gaining Tactician, is there any way to get the Cavalier's Banner class feature or gain a Cavalier Order? I'm trying to build a more Fighter-y Cavalier and trying tog et as many options I can.
Also, I don't know if I'm having a mental Freudian Slip but do any of the Cavalier's features depend on Charisma?

Variant multiclass gives you an order, challange and eventually tactician.
After four levels of cavalier, if you take the horse Master feat your Mount will continue scaling with your character level instead of your Cavalier level, so you can multi-class freely without taking a hit to your mount.
