Unable to place order...

I think the reason is that I had loaded up my cart with and old promo code and then never ordered while the codes were valid... the codes are still in my cart and I cannot get rid of them nor can I complete an order. Can someone clear them out?

Hello Whiskey,

I have removed the promo codes from the order. What is happening is you card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file for it.

Thank you for checking that. It is highly possible as I have some accounts registered to the US and some to NZ. I will re-check everything and try again.
