Most retailers should be able to have them available by the 17th, so if you are trying to get it from a local game store, it should most likely be available. We recommend pre-ordering a copy with your local game store, or at least letting them know that you are interested, so they can get the right amount in. However, depending on who a retailer uses as their distributor or when they place their orders, they may not be available in all stores on exactly the 17th.
If ordered from us directly, we will be shipping August releases starting sometime earlier in August (estimated date is still to be determined). While we will do our best to get as much as possible shipped as fast as we can, we cannot guarantee that everything will ship or arrive by the 17th.
