More uses / day of 1st level bloodline powers?

Can't recall if it actually exists. Is there a way for a (human) sorcerer to get more uses/day out of that first 3 + Cha modifier power?

Take racial heritage feat, with a race that can do that and then use the favored bonus to improved the bloodline number of uses per day.

Hrm. Okay, I think I can work a 'raised mostly by the halfling servants' into the backstory.

Any other ways of doing it? I'd prefer to keep that favoured class bonus for skill ranks, if possible.
