I just use the spell summary page from pfsrd.

The trick is:
- copy an entire level or section of level list from the pfsrd to word
- remove all lines for spells you don't know
- check the actual spell descriptions and add important info so that you don't have to crack open a book every time you cast.
With one line per spell, I'm already up to five pages for an 11th level wizard, so it does take some management during play. Wizards are fun, but take a bit of work.

There is ah PDF floating around on the web that has all spells for classes from Core Rulebook, Advanced Player’s Guide, Ultimate Magic & Ultimate Combat in it. I have the PDF and it helps alot!
