In my current monthly shipment is the Adventurer's Armory 2. I have decided I would like the next few Player Companions, so could you please change this to a subscription? I would do it myself, but I don't want a second copy.

We don't have a mechanism in the system to make such a change.

Instead - I have cancelled the copy that is in there now and suspended the currently pending order. Please go ahead and start the subscription, and let us know when that is done (ASAP), so we can try to get it combined with the pending order.

OK, done. It looks like my preorder for July's companion was properly replaced with the subscription copy.

I just looked at my order, and it appears you cancelled Aquatic Adventures, the Campaign setting release, instead of Adventurer's Armory 2, the Player Companion release. Can you please fix this before unsuspending the order?

That has been fixed and everything should be in order now. You should get an updated order confirmation email.
