Problems with order 4312004.

I saw a couple of problems with my order in the auth e-mail:

1) I only wanted one copy of the Bigger Caverns Flip-Mat but it seems that I have two of them in order 4312004. Could you please yank out the non-subscription one? Doing that should completely eliminate one of the four shipments that were apparently generated for me this month.

2) In regard to the four shipments (reduced to three once you eliminate the duplicate flip-mat) -- Am I really supposed to have that many separate shipments? If not, please make appropriate adjustments. No problem if the shipments are broken up in a logical or practical way.

There are two other pairs of duplicate items in that order, but those duplications are intentional and thus should be left as they are.

I hope you can take care of these matters before anything from my order is shipped.
