Order 4310519 includes May subscription items I already picked up at Paizo Con

I just received my email confirmation of this order, which is for my May subscriptions, plus the June subscription. However, I already picked the May subscription items up at PaizoCon. I don't see the order pickup from PaizoCon showing up in my order history though.

It looks like the charge for the May subscription pickup never happened, so the charge on this order seems fine, but I already have the Siege of Stone AP and Adventurer's Guide.

Thanks for letting us know. It looks like it did not get registered as picked up because it wasn't paid for/processed.

I've moved the May items back to the pick up order (#4325994) and charged for them. You should get a couple of updated order confirmation emails soon.

Thanks, it looks like the two orders are correct now. However, the original order had my store credit applied to it, and the credit was not applied to either of the corrected orders, nor is it still showing on my account.

Hi Joel,

It looks like our system was trying to apply all of your store credit to this month's subscription order, since it initially had more items in it. I've readjusted the balances so you should see it being applied to your current subscription order, and the remainder in your account balance.
