So, the updated RMA makes a single level dip into a way to get dual wielding dex to damage without the annoying attack penalty (and heavy feat expense) of two weapon grace.
Given the way they've phrased the RMA's revised sabre fighting, by taking it before gaining unchained rogue level 3, the sawtooth sabres become a valid choice for the Rogue's finesse training (and piranha strike). I've used this to give a buddy a viable red mantis worshipping goblin character for our backup game.
Slayer (Deliverer) 6 / Unchained Rogue 3 / RMA 1 / Sentinel 10
Slayer 1 (EWP, WF)
URogue 1 (Finesse, 1d6SA)
URogue 2 (TWF, Alertness)
Slayer 2
Slayer 3 (2d6SA, Deific Obedience)
RMA 1 (3d6SA, Weapon Spec, sabres are light, and therefore finessable)
URogue 3 (4d6SA, Dex-to-damage with sabres, Piranha Strike)
Sentinel 1
Sentinel 2 (Accomplished Sneak Attacker (5d6), ITWF)
At level 9, where we're playing, his BAB is only 7, but he's running a full 5d6 sneak attack with pretty solid damage even when he isn't flanking.

I actually did fully kit the build out in my Hero Lab dwarftr. Very basic gear only, but it's functional.
Str 8 Dex 22 (26) Con 14 Int 10 Wis 10 Cha 8
+1 frost sawtooth sabre,
+1 shock sawtooth sabre
+2 silken ceremonial armor
amulet of natural armor +1
belt of incredible dexterity +4
cloak of resistance +2
ring of protection +1
Winds up being pretty squishy (AC 24, 71 hp), but the offense is nice.
When using piranha strike:
+17/+12 1d6+16 + 1d6 cold
+17/+12 1d6+10 + 1d6 electric
Could easily drop one or both elemental damage boosts to have a bunch more utility & defense items.
