So, giant form I says : When you cast this spell you can assume the form of any Large HUMANOID creature of the giant subtype (those are: frost giant, fire giant, cyclops, ettin, hill giant, ogre, stone giant, or troll).
It states you can only turn into humanoids with the giant subtype.
Giant form II says : This spell functions as giant form I except that it also allows you to assume the form of ANY Huge creature of the giant subtype (cloud giant and storm giant are the only core Huge creatures with giant subtype). You gain the following abilities:
It states it acts as giant form I , but also says you can assume the form of ANY huge creature with the giant subtype.
Can you or can you not turn into an ONI, which is an Outsider with the giant subtype with giant form II?

lol that's funny since by RAW they CAN'T be Outsider with the Giant Subtype :
Giant Subtype
A giant is a humanoid creature of great strength, usually of at least Large size. Giants have a number of racial Hit Dice and never substitute such Hit Dice for class levels like some humanoids. Giants have low-light vision, and treat Intimidate and Perception as class skills.
Giant is only a Humanoid subtype... :p
Now that they've made an exception to the rules let's roll with it... ;)
Per RAW the spell say Creature, which imply that it's not only humanoid... For RAI I don't know... :D

It would appear the answer is yes, Giant Form II allows you to turn into Oni. However, the intent is probably no.
With that said, I don't see anything gamebreaking in allowing it since most of the abilities granted by Giant Form II are geared towards Giants and not Oni.
About the only thing I can see is that you MIGHT get more (and better) natural attacks compared to an equivalent humanoid Giant form, but with the new Bestiaries there is probably a humanoid Giant with a large natural attack sequence (such as B5's Gegenees six 2d6 slam attacks).
