So I've subscribed for the 1st volume of Ironfang Invasion and still haven't received it. I know international shipping is spotty, but it's been almost three months and I've not received any news on this front. What should I do?

It looks like it should have arrived by a few weeks ago. Have you checked with your local customs office to see if they are holding anything for you? It looks like the first and second volumes of Ironfang Invasion were shipped together in the same package.
