The Perception score on the PRD Viper is +9.
This is due to:
+4 Racial (listed under Racial Mods)
+1 Wisdom Bonus (of 13)
So where does the other 4 points of Perception come from?

To note, I am trying to reverse engineer how many skill ranks a Viper has (*1*, I believe) and to what skill it is allocated.
