I think I was charged twice for PSS

Hey I just got an email that says I am being charged for PSS games that I was already charged for at the end of April. The email said I was charged $15 and some change & it lists #8-18, #8-19. #8-20, & #8-21. But I got #8-18 & #8-19 last month. Am I being charged for them twice?
Unless I am reading it wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It looks like the system tried to generate the new items into the previous month's order.

I'm moving those those a new order so the display is less confusing.
