Holy Ice Weapon, what can do?

Rules Questions

Hello, i have several questions about this spell and how it work against some conditions and some defensive abilities.

The description says that the weapon will have the properties of the Holy Water and ice, that make the same damage that the true weapon it simulate and 1d4 of the holy water if apply (I assume that the damage of the weapon are the same tipe that does a normal weapon [example: slashing for a longsword]).

mi questions are:
1) How this weapon works agains creatures whit Damage Reduction? (Specifically againts DM / Magic, DM / Good)
2) The weapon made is considered Magic?
3) The weapon made is considered sacred?
4) How does it work again incorporeal creatures like Ghosts? (One of the propertis of the Holy Water is that it makes full damage against them if you trow the water on them, and the weapon is MADE of frozzen Holy Water)
5) Can harm incorporeal undeads / evil oudsaiders whitoup a spell of Magic Weapon on it? and if it can, apply only the 50% of the damage (rule of incorporeal creatures againts magic weapons) or hit at full strength (rule of holy water)?

Sorry my bad english, i'm from Argentina

1) DR works normally against the weapon :-(

2) For what purpose? Not for DR/magic if that's what you mean. It will count as magic against incorporeal creatures, because it's a spell.

3) For what purpose? Not for DR/good if that's what you mean. The spell itself has the [good] descriptor but the weapon isn't made good-aligned.

4) You'll get the full, un-halved 1d4 holy water damage, but the regular weapon damage and the cold damage will each be halved.

5) See (4). The holy water rule applies to the holy water damage, the normal 50% rule applies to the rest of the damage.

I'm inclined to believe that this masterwork weapon would be considered Good aligned for the purposes of overcoming DR, even though it does not grant the Holy magic property. Holy Water is made from the Bless Water spell, which says it infuses the water with positive energy. Bless Water also has the [Good] descriptor as does Holy Ice Weapon.

If the weapon is considered Magic then I agree that it would deal half damage to incorporeal creatures but that would mean it would also overcome DR/magic...

As much as I would like to think it was considered magic because it was made from a spell, it's clearly noted that it's only Masterwork. Here is my view of it's function.

1. Does it affect DR?
(possibly Good aligned from Bless Water) bypass DR/Good

2. Is it Magic?
No, spell specifies masterwork

3. Is it sacred?
It's made from Holy Water, see 1.

4. How does it affect incorporeal creatures?
No weapon damage, half Cold damage, 1d4 Holy damage

5. Can it harm incorporeal undead and evil outsiders?
See 4. Magic Weapon will allow 1/2 weapon damage to incorporeal. Weapon works normally against evil outsider and deals 1d4 Holy damage.
