Grippli Haunted Spiritualist w / Anger Phantom

Advice

Grand Lodge

I have a flavorful PFS character concept I'm excited about, but I'm at a bit of a loss on how to make them useful...

I'll be making a Grippli Haunted Spiritualist with an Anger Phantom. The Anger phantom will be acceptable in melee, but I'm at a loss on what to do with the Grippli. Dex melee or ranged builds both feel too feat intensive and won't come online until the campaign is half over (PFS is lvl 1-11). In addition the haunted archetype will frequently leave the Spiritualist nauseated, so any tricks that rely on move actions will be exceptionally useful. Even maxing out Wisdom, spiritualists look like they have a fairly limited number of spells per day, so standing back and throwing spells might run out of steam?

So any recommendations on how to make this build under the above constraints, any way to make it competent enough that I'm not dragging down the team and causing the deaths of other characters?

I've got a grippli spiritualist, but not archetyped. My idea was to make a Bad Touch build based on the tongue attack; the spiritualist spell list has several powerful touch spells that you can deliver either yourself or through your phantom, like Stricken Heart.

I took Wisdom in the Flesh (Climb) as a trait to easily stay out of melee with obscene climb scores. So far it's also enabled me to circumvent a lot of simple obstacles in PFS adventures because I'm so much better at climbing than anticipated.

In the long run I want to pick up Lunge and Amulet of the Blooded (Aberrant) to be able to make tongue attacks at 20ft range.

The phantom's role is more as a scout and tank than as a heavy hitter. With Mage Armor and Shield as well as DR it's quite sturdy. Going incorporeal also helps in scouting ahead, which makes some dungeons a lot easier because you know what's waiting for you on the other side of the door.

I like that idea a lot. Spell focus necromancy fits the spiritualist theme well too.

I'm aware that trying to make the phantom into a heavy hitter is sub-par. We will see how it goes, might end up just being a tank.

Only thing left to do is find the best uses for move actions. Combat advice is the current front running, everything else requires to many feats (greater feint, mobile bulwark style).
