I purchased Con tickets back in April, and they are no longer appearing on my account. I need to find out what's going on asap.

Hello Lord Shigora,

Your tickets are still on your account. You should be able to see them on your My e-Tickets page. You should also be able to see the order on your My History page. What do you see when you click the My e-Tickets link on the top of the page?
