I've heard of Wix, Webs, and Weebly. I assume there are others. Which would would be the best option for building a "business card" website for my professional use?

I'd recommend Coffee Cup (www.coffeecup.com).
Inexpensive, plenty of features and templates, a number of add-ons, etc. I've used it for years.
