Fantasy Ground Purchase syncing

Greetings!

Today I bought three products on Fantasy Grounds at full price (Core Rules, Advanced Players Guide, Rise of the Runelords anniversary edition).

I went through the syncing process to be able to access the corresponding PDFs on my account here. According to the Fantasy Ground site, the syncing was successful and Doug Davison confirmed that the authentification token was sent to the Paizo site.

Yet, I cannot access the PDFs I purchased.

Can you check what is up there?

Thanks for letting me know about that Björn,

You should now be able to access the associated PDFs in your My Downloads section. Thanks for your patience while I was able to look into that!

Thanks for looking into this, Erik. All the pdf are now present. Kudos for the fast help.


Sorry to be a bother again, but it appears the issues with syncing products still exists:

My purchase of Kingmaker 7 hours ago also did not sync up.

Edit: Whoops, scatterbrain. I meant Kingmaker, of course.


And another update:

Bought more Kingmaker, still not syncing. (Bought Module 1 and 2 of the AP)

I'm looking into it right now, I figured out why it's behaving the way it is and I'll try to have an update for you in a little bit. Thanks for your patience in the mean time. :)

Again, thanks for your help. I am glad you found the reason (is it the Umlauts in my name?) and am looking forward to see the issue solved. I am seeing myself buying quite a few things via FG in the future.

It's not the Umlauts thankfully! You should now have access to the PDFs. This issue might persist for a bit longer but we'll be actively looking into getting it resolved asap. In the mean time if it pops up again don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!

I Purchase

Pathfinder RPG - Mummy's Mask AP 1: The Half-Dead City

on the FantasyGrounds Site and i made the sync from this site :

I had this message :

Send all Paizo product purchases made on fantasygrounds.com to paizo.com to enable PDF access.

Send Purchase Info to paizo.com

PZOSMWPZO1110FGE - Pathfinder RPG - Core Rules Pack synced
PZO1110E - Pathfinder RPG - Core Rules Pack PDF synced
PZOSMWPZO9079FGE - Pathfinder RPG - Mummy's Mask AP 1: The Half-Dead City synced
PZO9079E - Pathfinder RPG - Mummy's Mask AP 1: The Half-Dead City PDF synced

I can find in my Paizo accound the download for
Pathfinder RPG

but i don't find the PDF for the Mummy's Mask.

Can you check this ?
