Placed an order for the Bestiary 6 PDF

I placed an order for the Bestiary 6 pdf about three days ago and my account was messed up so the order was declined because even though I had nearly $16 dollars in my account it said I only had seven cents.

I deposited more money in my account yesterday and tried to order again. This time I had over 30 but the order still did not go through. It said something about getting an email about my order. My card holder shows I am being charged for the first order that they declined and that I am being charged a second time with two different dates on the charge attempts. I have also gotten access to my PDF files the moment I ordered them before so is there something wrong with my account because of the mess up with my card at the end of last month or is there a new policy in affect or something?

Hello Raven,

Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file. What you are seeing are not charges, they are authorizations. Each time you have tried to submit the order the bank gets ping. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize these authorizations. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.

Just moved so that must be the issue. I will see about updating the information here and on my card again. See if that works. Thank you for the help.
