If I took a feat that granted me a supernatural ability, or spell-like abilities, does the fact that i've polymorphed into something else remove that ability?
Here's an example http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/racial-feats/wings-of-air-sylph/
Do you lose the fly speed provided by the feat if you polymorph into a dire tiger? or a Housecat? via spell or wild shape?
What about if a feat gives me a breath weapon, and i change into a dog with wild shape can i still use my breath weapon?

It depends. The relevant rule is:
"While under the effects of a polymorph spell, you lose all extraordinary and supernatural abilities that depend on your original form"
Usually supernatural or spell like abilities from feats don't depend on one's form. In this case though, it is pretty questionable since it is a racial feat and racial feats do at least partially pertain to your physical form it becomes much more questionable.
In this case I would personally rule that since the prerequisite feat airy step has flavor text about winds responding to your innate elemental nature, which doesn't change with a polymorph effect that it isn't related to your form, so you would still be able to use it.
As a counter example though, if a Kobold took the draconic breath feat that gave in a Breath Weapon I would rule that that ability did depend on the original form.
This is where we get into the case by case area of GMs making a call.

Yeah I kind of had a inkling of the verdict as I was kind of leaning toward the same thing. I've seen a lot of 3rd party feats, some of which provide exceptional abilities to creatures or pc's who qualify, one of which specifically gives a pc or creature a Breath Weapon that they otherwise wouldn't normally have, with the only prerequisite being that they be of a certain creature type or subtype..like having the fire or cold subtype.
Really it just kills my idea of having a pseudodragon druid who had such a feat can could use the breath weapon while wild shaped.
