So after a suitably epic encounter, a player was awarded a single wish by a genie. I was expecting the typical bonus to stat or magic item, when my player instead asked to be able to make a composite metal of Adamantine and Cthonic Steel, something less than Adamantine as far as hardness, but more than Cthonic Steel and letting it count as both.
What would you say to such a metal, and how would you stat it out/price it?

Kinda sought to combine the defense from magic missiles from the chthonic steel and the DR for adamantine in the form of a simple Spell Resistance.
ADAMANTINE, CHTHONIC
This anomalous alloy seems to sheen with a dark crimson, and retains adamantine's naturally defensive abilities, whilst donning the dangerous nature and enchantability of chthonic steel. Weapons fashioned from chthonic adamantine cut deeper and easier, gaining a +2 bonus to confirming critical threats with slashing or piercing weapons made of chthonic adamantine. Additionally, armour made from chthonic adamantine grants the wearer spell resistance equal to 11 + the armour's enhancement bonus. Lastly, chthonic adamantine items can be easily enchanted despite its resistance to magic, and reduces the cost to enchant items made from chthonic adamantine by 10%.
Weapons and armor made from chthonic adamantine have 30 hit points per inch of thickness and hardness 15.
