One of my coworkers suspended the order when they emailed you about the payment method failure so that it wouldn't keep trying to process and spam you with emails. Since we never heard back from you the suspension was never lifted. I have lifted it and the order should be on its way to you soon. Would you like for me to merge it with your April subscription and have it all go out together?
