Can someone let me know if my subscription is still active? I subscribed to Society Season 8, but I've had problems all season getting the actual subscriptions added to my downloads. I had payment decline issues with two scenarios, but out of the other 15 so far, I've only been auto-charged for three.

Hello JDDyslexia,

Thank you for letting us know. It looks like there was a payment method failure for one of your earlier orders. You got a new card attached to your subscription but not to that order. Each month our system has been seeing an open order and generating the new items there, but since it had that payment method failure it never tried to process again. I got it processed and you should be receiving an email confirmation. All of the PDFs should be visible and able to be downloaded on your My Downloads page now.


Except now I've been charged for all the PDFs the subscription lists, but I had already purchased 8-04 through 8-15 outside of the subscription. Can I get an order refund for those PDFs?

I have refunded you for both PDFs. While I was doing that I noticed that the system had not calculated the subscriber discount correctly, so I also adjusted that and issued a refund for the difference. Altogether you should see a refund of $19.98 on your account as soon as your bank processes it.


I think you misunderstand. I had already purchased 8-04 through 8-15, so that's 12 scenarios I was charged for that I already purchased.

Thank you for clarifying that. I have issued refunds for all of the remaining PDFs except 8-16 and 8-17. You should see the refund of $39.90 on your account as soon as your bank processes it.
