Timeline of Recent Events

Hello all! So I often get caught out by my players asking about times and dates of when things happen. With that in mind, I'm attempting to put together a timeline of Recent Events before I start running RoW. The first thing I've discovered is that Snows of Summer has almost NOTHING to suggest when things happen relative to now, beyond 'a few days' etc.

This is what I've got so far. I'd appreciate your input!

4713 AR (Current Year):
3 Weeks Ago: Thora Petska insults Nazhena Vasilliovna, who abducts her from her mother and turns her into a guardian doll.
10 Days Ago:
Winter Portal opens in Border Wood
7 Days Ago:
Nazhena’s forces emerge, led by Teb Knotten and Izoze
6 Days Ago:
Teb Knotten builds a hut for the guardian doll Thora Petska
The invaders clash with Rohkar’s Raiders
5 Days Ago:
Dryden Kepp is killed by a Giant White Weasel in the forest
4 Days Ago:
Rohkar’s Raiders surrender to Teb’ forces
Nazhena leaves for Whitethrone, leaving her apprentice Radosek Pavril in command of the Pale Tower
3 Days Ago:

Unfortunately, it looks like my notes for what dates I'd decided have moved into obscurity.

Elvanna has to have contacted Rasputin months or even years ago, in order for him to develop his world engine and work out how to trap Baba Yaga. The date of capture of Baba Yaga sets other events moving extremely quickly.

Very few days after Baba Yaga is captured, Elvanna declares martial law, disbands the Iron Guard, and starts hunting for the Riders (but doesn't necessarily find them immediately).

The riders themselves don't seem to act differently from normal unless Baba Yaga fails to show up on her fated day of return. So they would be out and about judging country-folk, leaving a trail for Elvanna's hunters to find. The Black Rider, only, judges by night and rarely shows himself, so just by the manner of his judgement, he likely escapes notice until he tries to steal the hut. He may have only found out that the White and Red riders are dead because Elvanna has already put them up for display next to the Hut.

After he tries to steal the hut, he flees to Iobaria. However, Elvanna's hunters likely figure out his direction (if not his destination), mortally wound him, and force him southwards as he tries to find someone not under the Winter Witches' yoke to take up his mantle (this just so happens to be towards the portal). This could take a week or so. Otherwise, assuming he doesn't need to sleep, his phantom steed can fly/air walk over the tundra at a speed of 100ft, he can reach Waldsby in a couple of days or less.

Elvanna is using Baba Yaga's power to expand the eternal winter across the globe. I assume this takes months to first reconcile her acquired power into rituals, then distribute those rituals across Irrisen (the portal near Waldsby isn't the only portal opened). This also gives her officials time to stabilize Whitethrone and the rest of the country after the coup. If, instead, Elvanna has created the winter rituals of her own doing, then it will still take several weeks for the logistics and stabilization to occur.

As for other peripheral events, I haven't done a whole lot to suss out. I've decided that the fight between Jadrenka and the hag coven in Artrosa occurs while the PCs are in Whitethrone, and as such the Frost Giant invasion slightly before that.
