So long story short, I was able to adapt the Hellknight PRC to fitting the "judge" concept for my game. So without further ado, I... need help with two "empty" feats.
(This is for a homebrew world, not Golarion)

Basically, any assistance with helping the character be a level 16 NPC. The grapple build is for what he can't charge and cut in half, for either political or strategic reasons.
