Gunslinger - Double Hackbut - Build help please

Friend wants a gunslinger that uses the double hackbut. Yes the GM has ok'd the concept. He says it is actually very fitting for the setting.

Haven't built a gunslinger that actually got used in play before, so any help appreciated. He would actually start play at level 2, but I'm showing the build at level 9. Choose the Musket Master archtype since most of the abilities just specify a two handed firearm. Can take the other as a normal feat. But would it have been better with no archtype?

What do you think about the feats chosen? Will the Beneficial Bandoleer let him make 2 shots in a round when his BaB is high enough? So is there any real use for the rapid reload feat?

Any other ideas?
