I have built a necromancer cleric and my GM has allowed me to take the Outlander (Missionary) trait. This allows me to cast three specific spells at +1 caster level.
This Guide to Cleric Necromancers is a big part of my inspiration for this character.
So obviously I am going to put the +1 on animate dead and control undead.
Any suggestions for what the third spell should be?

COntrol Undead Looks like a sorcerer Wizard spell only and doesn't come into play til way late game. Is your Domain giving you access to it?
Which Domains did you take? Did you snag up an Archetype? Since you will have Domain spells every day, are those Domain spells worthy of choosing for the trait?
A few Necromancy spells you can use the Trait on are: Blindness/Deafness, Wall of Blindness/Deafness, Flesh-worm Infestation, Bestow Curse, Ray of Exhaustion.
Give us more information on the PC and is this for Rise of the Runelords?

Yes, that's right. The inevitable domain. Mind you this means it is a 3rd level spell for me instead of second. I also have the death domain. No archetypes. My character is a LN cleric of Anubis.
The game is a homebrew adventure with a horror theme.

There's no need for the third spell to be a necromancy spell. Basically I was mainly looking for a spell I will likely cast often that has caster-level dependent effects.
I was thinking of going with dispel magic.
You mentioned blindness/deafness and bestow curse. There's nothing wrong with either of these spells. But increasing the caster level of those spells makes no difference to the effect of the spell whatsoever.
