I'm building a Getsalt Sage Counselor UMonk/URouge or ninja, the idea being to flying kick at someone, feint as swift action, then full flurry with sneak attack. I really haven't decided much, i just need advice on what sort of things in general would benefit the build, such as good stat distribution, feats, race, and so on. All non third party paizo material allowed. Any advice is appreciated.

The challenge with Gestalt characters in not in making them powerful its in making them interesting to play. An Unchained Monk/Rogue is a very powerful combo that will be able to deliver a great deal of punishment.
Finesse Training Unarmed attack, flying kick, flurry and SA combine for a complete dex focused combat build. Bludgeoner->Enforcer->Shatter Defenses is a good way to get off sneak attacks. Also consider minor magic mage hand and major magic enlarge person as rogue talents.
Other wise I would focus on making the character interesting and fun to play.
Good luck

Actually I disagree that the unchained monk/rogue is a powerful combination. Sneak attack does not really compare well to 9th level casting. Also both the unchained monk and the rogue have weak will saves. The unchained monk focus on WIS helps but most other gestalt have all good saves.
A Sanctified Slayer inquisitor get studied target and sneak attack instead of judgements. They also get Bane and latter greater bane that can be combined with studied target for about the same amount of dice a rogue’s sneak attack. Throw in a few buffs like divine favor and heroism for some truly impressive combat ability. Spells like invisibility and nondetection will overshadow anything a rogue can bring to the table.

I'm going to second Mysterious Stranger's suggestion that you take Sanctified Slayer - the spells are very handy for buffing and some utility and you get a good Will save and some extra special abilities working off Wis like Cunning Initiative and Monster Lore. The archetype gives you 6d6 Sneak Attack at level 19, and you can take Accomplished Sneak Attacker if you want to boost that.
