Can I get the accursed bloodline AND witch hexes at the same time without gestalt/multiclassing?
There is not any way to get the full bloodline at the same time as witch hexes without variant multi-classing or gestalt. I thought Magus would come close due to Eldritch Scion and Hexcrafter, but they both replace Spell Recall, which is annoying. (And that's a bloodrager bloodline, besides...)
Consider if the Eldritch Heritage line of feats works for what you're trying to accomplish. It does require you take Skill Focus (Perception), but... that's not exactly a terrible thing to have Skill Focus on.
