Impossible to add Address

I have been attempting to make a purchase form the website for a couple of days but every time I get to the point where it wants me to enter an address, it doesn't proceed. I have tried it on Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari. All with compatibility mode off and on. I tried adding address to my physical account but there wasn't a button or link to do so. After looking in the forums I found out that you can email the address to add to the order number, but when promoted to add a payment method, the same situation occurs with the billing address. I am at a bit of a loss at what to do further.

Hi NecroMedusa,

Can you describe what it's doing when it's not letting you proceed?

On Step 2 - Shipping, after clicking the "Change Shipping Details" button, it should open up a new section. Towards the bottom of that, should be a button to "Select Another Address." This should open a box to enter a new address, if there are not already other addresses on file to choose between.

What part of this process is giving you trouble?
