During the subscription shipping window, we have a high volume of packages going out at the same time. A lot of our subscription shipments are processed in batches, so we can get as much as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult to see where any given package is in processing.
This is why your shipping confirm email says that it is "expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, March 24.” An order could leave the warehouse anytime during the shipping window (which, for this month, is the 13th through the 24th).
Your tracking information will not start updating until after it has been picked up from us (and even after that, there can be a delay in being displayed).
If you haven’t seen the tracking start to update by early next week, please let us know.
