Vildeis and Ragathiel are very similar, but she is the combat medic to his general.
Maybe base her code on a mix of his with that of deities of healing and a dash of self-sacrifice
Also the player may give you some interesting ideas on this topic
Ideas I thought of :
Evil is the festering wound that threatens the body. I will cut it out and be ever vigilant against signs of its infection
Untended wounds are prone to infection. I will tend to the wounds of Evil's victims, be they wounds of the body or wounds of the soul
I am trained to confront Evil. I will place myself between it and those not so blessed
I will dedicate my life to erasing Evil's mark upon the world
Life is the root of all Good and the bane of all Evil. I will not squander mine needlessly. When my end comes, I will make it count as much as my life did

Vildeis actually has a paladin code in Divine Anthology; it is as follows:
Vildeis’s Paladin Code
The paladins of Vildeis are eager and self-denying martyrs in search of a good cause. Their tenets include the following affirmations.* Sacrifice defies the selfishness of evil. I will not shy from a sacrifice that would help the greater good.
* Evil does not rest, so good cannot either. I will not be complacent, but rather seek out evil to oppose.
* Family is a rare refuge from the evils of the world, but it cannot keep me from my cause. I will not favor my own family over other innocents.

I have a Paladin of Vildeis concept I'm working on. Thanks this helps. :)

No worries, glad to help. Divine Anthology actually has a number of paladin codes, covering Andoletta, Angradd, Arqueros, Chaldira Zuzaristan, Folgrit, Kols, Ragathiel, Shizuru, Trudd, Vildeis, and Yuelral, as well as a pair of traits for each.
