Tangledeep - a Dungeon Crawling Tribute to the 16bit RPG Era

Video Games

Kickstarter drive is now underway!

I found out about this game through Dungeonmans (that game deserves a thread of it's own). Apparently, Tangledeep is being created by Andrew Aversa (aka zircon - @zirconST), of Impact Soundworks. I believe zircon did the soundtrack to Dungeonmans, which is one of the best video game soundtracks of any game I have ever played. That alone would make me check this out, but I also discovered this:
"Personally, I've had a very close connection to games for as long as I can remember. Besides playing them avidly in the 16 and 32-bit eras, I started creating games using QBasic, Klik n' Play, and mIRCScript (text-based IRC MUDs!) while growing up. I'm also a huge of tabletop gaming, especially pen & paper RPGs (I've been running a Pathfinder campaign for over 2 years now.)"

So check out Tangledeep! It looks like it will be a great game by a highly talented artist, who just happens to be an avid Pathfinder enthusiast as well. Win win win!

The sound to this is really damn good.
