My order 4226871 is still pending?

Hello, its been a good few weeks of waiting for this order to go through. It seems like maybe something isnt in stock? If so is it possible to get the rest of the order to ship anyway?

I'm sorry to see that this order hasn't shipped yet! It looks like most of it is ready to ship, but one of the items (Large Dice Bag Black Velvet/Red Satin) appears to be taking longer to make it our way from a supplier than we had expected. Sorry about that!

Would you like that cancelled from the order or moved to a different order?

Thanks for your response! I've separated the delayed dice bag into it's own order, and I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email for that in just a moment. Whenever we receive that item, the order should ship automatically.

In the meantime, I'll go ahead and get the rest of this shipment on the way to you. Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
