Ultimate Magic printing error (hard cover)

Hi guys! I was looking for a way to contact customer service but could only find forum postings for printing errors.

I picked up a hardcover copy of the Pathfinder: Ultimate Magic about six months ago from a local shop. I haven't used it yet but thumbed through it last night anticipating using it for a new game session tonight but I've found that pages 234-235 are actually 162-163 reprinted instead, pages 238-239 are pages 166-167 reprinted, 242-243 are 186-187 reprinted, 246-247 are 190-191 reprinted.

I believe that it's 8 pages that aren't included due to a printing error that caused previous pages to be put in place of the proper ones.
Is it possible to set up an exchange for a good copy? :)

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that your book was misprinted, but we'll be glad to get a replacement set up for you. If you'd like to email some pictures of the misprints to customer.service@paizo.com, I can forward those along to our quality control folks to take a look at.

I also noticed that we don't have a shipping address on file for you, so please include that in your email as well. Once we've heard from you, we'll go ahead and get that all set up. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi Katrina! I'll get a chance to forward these over later today as I'm at the office right now.

I looked at my account to try to add an address but there isn't an option to do so. Clicking the button to manage (as well as "edit") my shipping addresses, I only get a message stating I have no addresses on file... but no button to actually add one. :p

Hi Cinderwolf,

Unfortunately, there is not currently an "add address" button the addresses page. While that is a a feature request we have filed with the tech team, we are not sure when something like that may be added.

For the time being, to add an address the options are:
1) Go part of the way through the check out process - enough to add an address, but do not complete check out.

OR

2) We can add it from our side of the system.

Thank you Sharaya! I've just managed to add one through a faux-order. :)

I've just sent the e-mail off, pictures and all. I apologize in advance due to the size of the pictures (I wanted to make sure they were fairly high resolution so page numbers could easily be seen along with just how many pages are between the original printed 162/163 and the second appearance of them.

Let me know if there's anything more I can do? :)
