Orders not being processed

I have tried several times to place an order for several items. All the steps are marked in green, but when I click "Place your order", I am taken back to "payment method" screen, with no input on what has happened.

I placed this order once before nearly two weeks ago, and I was given all the prompts telling me that the order had been placed, but it never arrived. When I logged in to check the progress, it showed that my order was still in the shopping cart.

The order is not being submitted because the card is being declined because it is failing the address verification check. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file. This is why it is sending you back to the payment method screen. You may want to check with your bank and see what billing address they have for the card.

I have. And they have been confirmed. I guess I'll try a few more times before moving on.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to submit your order. I've tried fiddling with some settings to see if I could get it to go through, but unfortunately, I am still receiving the Address Verification error message. I've made sure to issue reversal requests for the authorizations that attempted to go through, so if you see anything that looks like a charge on your account, that should fall off in 1 - 5 business days.

I'd be happy to try to resolve this issue with you and try tweaking the address more, but I don't want to put too many authorizations on it at once. Just let me know if there are any changes you think might help the address match, and I can try them on my end. (For any sensitive information, it's probably better to email us, rather than posting it on the boards.)
