I order the the Beginner Box from the Humble Bundle awhile ago and paid the extra money for the physical copy of the box to be mailed to me.

Last I was informed there was a shipping delay due to how many where ordered.

But still nothing has arrived after all this time.

Can this please be looked into?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I’ve taken a look into your account, and it appears that your Humble Bundle order was never fully submitted, so it has not yet been processed or shipped. I’m sorry for any confusion this may have caused!

To finish submitting your order, you’ll want to go to the Humble Bundle redemption page on your account, and scroll down just past the list of redeemed codes. There you should see three checkout steps to proceed through. After you go through all three and verify that everything looks correct, you’ll want to make sure that you hit the “place your order” button on the last checkout step. After the order has been successfully submitted, you should receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Charges are not finalized until you receive your shipping confirmation email. For more information about our authorization process,please visit our authorization FAQ here.
