Bag of endless glitter

Functions by all means, like a bag of holding. However any item put into said bag, when retrieved will be covered in glitter. Said glitter will stick to everything. The bag never runs out of glitter. However it cannot be used to summon handfuls of glitter, it simply coats items in glitter, and constantly sheds small amounts of glitter everywhere all the time.

Can someone help me make this look more official?

Few issues with this.

a. Said glitter does not say it can't be washed off.
b. Glitter could be used to mark items.
c. Some divas may like this.
and finally
d. The bag nor the glitter provide any sort of debuff. It isn't really cursed, just a disguised item. Some may even want this item.

Well you can wash it off... sorta. But this is real, proper glitter. Complete with van der waals effects.

Why Glitter sticks to everything

The Glitter could provide a penalty to stealth checks and make them easier to track as it drops a trail of glitter everywhere.

It could just work as the Glitterdust spell, and the glitter might only be removed with some sort of check at a high DC. Maybe, if you manipulate an object that is covered in glitter you have a high chance to end covered in glitter too.

Go pull a Gygax.

1. Make a d% table.
2. Whip out your thesaurus, and find 5-10 synonyms for "glitter"
3. Find some 2-5 syllable adjectives that describe quality.
4. Now assign each synonym for glitter with a quality adjective.
5. Assign each synonym a d% chance of being found based on the quality adjective - The higher the quality, the lower the % chance.
6. Enjoy.

Full Disclaimer: I borrowed heavily from bag of devouring's syntax.

Bag of Glitterizing
Aura weak conjuration; CL 5th

Slot none; Weight 15 lbs.

DESCRIPTION
This bag appears to be an ordinary sack, if garishly colored. Detection for magical properties makes it seem as if it were a bag of holding. The sack is, however, something entirely different and more annoying. It is—in fact, covered with and filled with magically adhesive glitter. An endless supply of which will stick to any item placed within the bag, and can only be removed by being physically wiped on another surface. Using universal solvent affects only 1 cubic inch per caster level used to create the item.

Any item capable of being put in the bag is subject to “glitterizing.” The bag of glitterizing constantly sheds the same rainbow colored glitter that covers its contents, usually staining the belt/trousers/skirts/lower robes/hands/surroundings of whoever holds the bag. This makes it impossible for the bearer to cover their tracks, even by moving half speed. Wrapping the bag of glitterizing in another substance or container does not prevent the glitter from leaving a trail.

The bag can hold up to 30 cubic feet of matter in addition to the infinite glitter supply. It acts as a bag of holding type I, but never fails to coat any item placed within with its glitter. Texts placed within the bag have an 85% of becoming illegible.

A hand or other container placed within the bag cannot "scoop" any glitter, however, by smearing the glitter across the eyes of a creature that relies on vision, they gain +2 on Dirty Trick combat maneuvers to give an opponent the dazzled condition. If the attack exceeds the defender's CMD by 10 or more, the attacker may choose to give them the blinded condition instead. This otherwise follows the normal rules for Dirty Trick combat maneuvers.
CREATION
Magic Items bag of holding (any type), glitterdust

Repeatedly coat an item with this glitter. Use Prestidigitation to remove the glitter from the object and into normal bags......

Charging the enemy swinging a weapon leaving a glittering trail may be worth a demoralize check.

I'm not sure if you're referencing my post or glitter in general, but if it is my post you mean, it does say "can only be removed by being physically wiped on another surface."

And since one can only try to wipe off all the glitter physically, you will never get rid of all the glitter.
