Hey all, fairly new(ish) to Pathfinder, but not to tabletop RPGs. I wanted to play a Slayer/Red Mantis Assassin for CotCT, but I realized, after seeing the Crown of Fangs miniatures expansion pack, that they (RMA) are almost certainly going to be enemies in this campaign.
Considering the above, would it be a bad idea to play one?

It would not be a good idea to play a Red Mantis in CotCT. A Slayer is fine, though.
Rival assassin guild maybe?
Yeah, being a Red Mantis will cause problems. Red Mantis characters are also Always Lawful Evil.
