"When you would permanently close a location, fulfill the When Closing requirement a second time or the location is not closed." - Should one attempt that immediate after successfully fulfilling the requirement the first time? Can the second closure attempt be on a different turn or attempted by a different character at the same location on the same turn (similar to a different character defeating one of a two part villain requirements)?

You have to immediately attempt it the second time and it has to be the same character.

Basically, you and I are playing a game. You have the opportunity to permanently close a location. You fulfill the requirement. You have to immediately fulfill it again or the location isn't permanently closed.

Was the requirement to succeed at a Strength 12 check? You have to do that twice. Was the requirement to banish a card? You have to do that twice. Was the requirement that everyone is dealt 1d4 Combat damage? Everyone has to be dealt 1d4 Combat damage twice.

Wow this makes the scenario really tough. I can't beat the stupid triceratops twice in a row. (I have been playing it the you described.)
