I'm about to take over GMing our game for Chapter 2 of RotRL. For Chapter 1 I played a PC, Miranda and it just happens to be that she is who the previous DM chose to be the one that Alden Foxglove is obsessed with and lusting after.
I'm not sure the other PCs actually remember what happened during the boar hunt with Foxglove (he was perving over Miranda), but at our last session there was a rose left on my PC's bed at the Rusty Dragon. And the DM told me he was planning to use Miranda as Foxglove's obsession for Chapter 2. (Yes, he read ahead and that will make DMing with him now as a player a bit tricky, but that's a different subject).
Since Miranda will be leaving the game soon, I'm trying to figure out how to deal with this for Chapter 2. I can't really go back and change what happened before (with Miranda) but I feel that it's super important that one of the current PCs will now be the one Foxglove is obsessed wtih.
Any suggestions?

Some suggesstions...
Aldern becomes extremely frustrated that the objeect of his affection has gone missing, and concocts a story in his head that one of the remaining PCs is responsible for her running away from "her true love" (i.e. Aldern). This PC becomes the new object of a Wrath obsession.
Alternatively, if there is another attractive woman in the party, Aldern is convinced that she is actually Miranda is disguise, and turns his Lust obsession to his "new" Miranda. Nothing can convince him this new object of his obsession isn't actually Miranda... until someting does, in which case she becomes the object of a Wrath obsession instead.

Sorry about that! I didn't know how to format spoilers. I don't know how to edit the subject line. I can just delete my post, though. This was my first time posting here, rookie mistake.
